In the National Championships at Leamington Spa, Charlene Turpie, Terri Keen and Lin Wright did well to reach the last 16. They won matches against Wiltshire, then a strong Lincolnshire side which included two England Internationals, before going out to Gloucestershire.
Senior Pairs Howard Cave and Keith Patrick also got as far as the last sixteen, beating Durham and then losing to Hampshire.
