Ladies win Top Club against Iver Heath

The Chesham
couple of June and John Holland have progressed through several rounds
of the National Mixed Pairs competition defeating Sue Springell and
Paul Seymour 19 shots to 17 in their 4th round game.
A ladies 4 Triples had a close win at Wendover scoring 61 shots to 59, the top triple was Brenda Waterman, Pam Hooper and Vi Coppin.
We hosted 6 mixed rinks from Hemel Hempstead and recorded another win 126 to 110, the highest winning rink was Trish Parsons, Jane Denham, George Perry and Tony Holt.
In the ladies Top Club against Iver Heath three of the disciplines had good wins resulting in an aggregate score of 83 shots to 69. Singles: Terri Keen won 21-15, Pairs: Marlene Neems and Avril Harland won 31-12, Triples: Fay Green, Sue Faulks and Pat Rodgers won 19-16, and Fours: Daphne Halsey, Fay Holmes, Lin Wright and Sue Springell lost 12-26.
