Welcome to Chesham Bowling Club At Chesham Bowling Club, we’re proud to offer the very best of the game in a stunning setting — our superb green, beautifully situated at the top of Lowndes Park.
Whether you’re completely new to bowls or returning after a break, you’re warmly invited to come and give it a try. Our qualified club coaches offer free taster sessions, providing all the guidance you need to get started and enjoy the game.
Most of our members play simply for the fun of it, taking part in friendly matches against other local clubs throughout the season. For those who enjoy a little competition, we also run a full programme of club competitions and tournaments.
When the summer season ends, the fun continues indoors with Short Mat Bowls and Bridge in our excellent clubhouse. But it’s not just about bowls — we also enjoy a lively calendar of social events, including regular Friday social nights (with quizzes and darts), coffee mornings, and cinema evenings. Our main events throughout the winter season include wine tastings, race nights, and murder mystery dinners, making the club a great place to meet people, relax, and stay connected all year round.
