Beetle Drive Cancelled

Dear Members,
Due to lack of numbers mainly because a number of members are unwell, we regret to inform you that the Beetle Drive scheduled for Sunday, 26th has been cancelled.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to reschedule the Beetle Drive for another date.

Bonus Quiz Night - Friday 24th January

Hi Members,
We’re pleased to announce a bonus Quiz Night this Friday, even though it’s not on our official social calendar!
A big thank you to Helen Fillery, who has kindly offered to be our Quiz Master for the evening.
The evening will follow the usual format:

Bar opens: 6:30 PM
Toasties served: 7:00 PM (please reserve your toasties in advance to avoid disappointment)
Quiz starts: 7:30 PM

After the quiz, if you’d like to stick around, we’ll be showing the World Indoor Bowls on TV. It’s set to be a good singles quarter-final match!
We hope to see you there for an evening of fun, food, and friendly competition!

Please note that there will be no Short Mat session this Saturday, 11th January, due to an event at the clubhouse.
There will also not be a session on Saturday 18th January which is a Coffee Morning.

Friday, 10th January – Monthly Quiz Night
- Bar opens at 6:30 PM
- Toasties available from 7:00 PM
- Quiz starts around 7:30 PM
Saturday, 18th January, 10:30 AM – Coffee Morning
We’ll be presenting our cheque to the 2024 club charity, Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Sunday, 26th January, 2:00 PM – Beetle Drive

Beetle Drive - Sunday 26th January

Dear Members,
We regret to inform you that the Beetle Drive has been postponed from next Sunday 12th January to Sunday, 26th January due to short notice, a lack of confirmed numbers, and other events happening next weekend.
We will send out another reminder closer to the date. In the meantime, please let us know if you are interested in attending so that we can get an accurate headcount.
