26 Members recently enjoyed a 4 day break at the Warner Coast Hotel in Bembridge, Isle of Wight. 5 Chesham Rinks competed in the Weekly Indoor Tournament with 24 Teams initially playing 4 one hour games. The four of Geoff Denham, Delphine Brown, Trevor Bateman and Alan Cohn were the only Rink to reach the later stages losing in the Semi-Finals to the eventual winners from Dartford in Kent.
The visit included a day out in the coach around the island taking in the stunning scenery and stopping off for refreshments and shopping aided by very interesting and informative commentary by our local driver.
