The Club is closed for the time being with all activities Cancelled until further notice.
The practicality of opening the Green after Easter for limited Roll Ups is being considered and a decision will be made nearer the time with respect to Government guidelines at the time. All National and International Championships have been Cancelled for this year. Bowls England will be returning Affiliation Fees to Clubs in due course. The National Presidency has been rolled over so Terri Keen should be in Office for the Commonwealth Games in 2022. The Club has many fixed costs so although the Signing On Evening is cancelled please pay Subscriptions to the Hon Secretary or Hon Treasurer as per Vanessa's email or send a cheque to her at home. There is a good Social Distancing poster on the County Website https://www.buckinghamshirebowls.co.uk/ as well as details of the Bowls England announcements. Please Note :-
16th March The remaining Bridge Sessions are Cancelled. They will resume in September. The Coffee Morning scheduled for Saturday 21st March is Cancelled. Coffee Mornings will resume in October. The Cine Supper scheduled for Wednesday 18th March has been Cancelled. Cine Suppers will resume in the the Autumn. Signing On Night scheduled for Friday 27th March has been cancelled. Please put you Membership Renewal and Competition Entry Forms in the Secretary's Pigeon Hole at the Club or post them to Vanessa at Sunnyside, Keepers Lane, Hyde Heath Bucks HP6 5RJ.
