Open Day - Saturday 17th May

​Dear Members,
We need your support for our upcoming Open Day on Saturday, May 17th, a crucial event for attracting new members to our bowls club.
We currently have very few volunteers, and your help is essential to make this day a success. We need assistance during the following time slots:

• 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
• 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• All day (10:00 am – 4:00 pm)

We require help in the following areas:

• Welcoming visitors and recording their contact details
  
• On the green, to coach or assist with visitors who would like to try bowling
  
• At the bar, from 11am onwards.
  
• In the clubhouse, serving tea, coffee, and biscuits which will be on sale.
