CLUB CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS
A single match between the winners of the Catling and Higgs Cup Competitions, The winner of the match is the first player to score 21 shots
CATLING CUP
The Men’s Singles Championship of the Club. The Champion will have the honour of representing the club in the Champion of Champions Competition and the London and Southern Counties Gold Badge Competition in the following season. The losing finalist will represent the Club in the Lonsdale Trophy. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
HIGGS CUP
The Women’s singles Championship of the Club. The Champion will have the honour of representing the Club in the Champion of Champions Competition in the following season. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
JOHN COLES CUP
An open singles completion players as the best of three sets, 7 shots to win a set. The final is the best of five sets.
The Player winning the toss shall decide to keep or give up the mat. In the second game the mat passes to the opposing player. In the event of a 3rd game the players will toss again. In a Final, the mat will alternate after the first game and if a 5th set is required the players will toss again.
SHACKMAN CUP
A singles competition open to all members who have not previously won a Club singles competition. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
ROSE CUP (Handicap)
A Men’s singles competition where each competitor is allocated a handicap by the Competitions Committee. The players will calculate the difference in their handicaps and the lower handicapped payer will commence the game with that number if shots on the scoreboard. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
WENDY CUP
A Women’s singles competition where each competitor is allocated a handicap by the Competitions Committee. The players will calculate the difference in their handicaps and the lower handicapped payer will commence the game with that number if shots on the scoreboard. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
DUNTON CUP
A Men’s singles competition where each player uses only two woods. Each game to consist of 21 ends.
BECKLEY CUP
A Women’s singles competition where each player uses only two woods. Each game to consist of 21 ends.
CYRIL PERKINS VETERANS CUP
A singles competition open to all members who have reached the age of 65 by 30th April in the year of the competition. The winner of each round is the first player to score 21 shots.
TOWN CUP
An open pairs competition (any mix), the competition is open pairs from all Chesham Clubs. Both members of the pair must belong to the same club. The pairs drawn first shall have home advantage with the exception of the Final, which shall be played at Chesham Bowling Club on their Finals Day.

The Men’s Pairs championship of the Club. The Champion shall have the honour of represent the club in the London & Southern Counties Pairs Competition in the Following Season. Each game to consist of 21 ends.
SPARKS CUP
A Women’s drawn pairs competition. Each game to consist of 21 ends.
MIXED PAIRS
A drawn pairs competition. Each pair shall comprise of one man and one woman. Each game to consist of 21 ends.

The Men’s Triples Championship of the Club. The winners will have the honour of representing the Club in the London and Southern Counties Triples Competition in the following season. Each game to consist of 18 ends.
MAISIE SAWYER TROPHY
A Women’s drawn triples competition where each player uses only two woods. Each game to consist of 18 ends.
FRIDAY MIXED TRIPLES LEAGUE
A mixed triples league played on Friday evenings in August. Each team consists of 5 players who normally each play 3 of the 5 evenings. Each game to consist of 15 ends.
NEEMS CUP
A singles competition played to 21 shots. Entries are restricted to those members with playing experience of 5 years of less.
