Drawn Pairs Competition
The first trophy of the Short Mat Bowls season was decided at the weekend with the finals of the Drawn Pairs competition.
The result was a win for Keith Patrick and Molly Young winning a close game against Brenda Waterman and Colin Parsons.
The season is at the half way stage, and Chesham teams are doing well in the county leagues. Currently Chesham B is well placed at the top of the Bucks Single Mat league.
Short Mat Bowls played in the clubhouse is very popular at Chesham in the winter months, and members enjoy playing socially or in competition.
