Geoff is hosting his yearly Wine Tasing Event on the 25th February at 1900hrs for a 1930hrs start. (members and non members welcome)
This years theme is “German Festival” where will get the chance to try some high end German wines with a selection of paired German themed food.
Geoff tells me that there is a lot more to German wine than Black Tower and Leibfraumilch and it is actually one of the largest wine producers in the world.
He has selected some wines that are hard to source and so you will likely be treated to wines that you would not normally come across. The Germans tend to keep their good wines for their own consumption!!
The bar will also be stocked with some German Beers for the evening.
The cost of the evening is £25 for food and wine or £15 for food only and you can pay on the night. Please also let us know in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
