Keith and Howard won the Buckinghamshire area final of the Senior (over 55) Pairs competition against John Howlett and Peter Brazier from Bletchley St Martins.
They go on to the finals at Leamington, playing their first match on Friday 14th August at 2pm against Durham. Chesham Ladies continued their 50th anniversary celebrations with a visit from Bowls England.
Chesham Ladies play Bowls England on Thursday 23rd July starting at 1.30pm.
Having seen off Bletchley Town BC in the Buckinhamshire Final, Chesham now meet Eastbourne BC in the Quarter Final South which will be played at Egham BC on Sunday 16th August starting at 2 pm.
Congratulations to Avril Harland and Alan Cohn who are County Champions and commiserations to Sue Faulks and a triple of Charlene Turpie, Terri Keen and Lin Wright who are Runners Up.
Good Luck to all the Ladies who go on to play at Leamington next month. It was the Chesham Ladies special day on Monday as they celebrated the 50th anniversary of the formation of the ladies section in 1965.
Congratulations to our representatives in the Triples, Singles and Two Wood Singles in August.
